POLICY CHANGES

If you feel dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us immediately through our virtual chat or by calling our company numbers.

We only make product changes for other products of the same value with the digital purchase invoice, which must be sent to the email kundu-coffee@komacol.co along with the reason for the return.

The product must not be open; In the case of being open, the product will be exchanged only if the reasons for return are justified by failing to comply with any of the health or food processing regulations.
